"First and foremost, this review is not for State Farm as it is overall a very good company. It is strictly for the office of Brad Robert Board and some of his staff. To anybody considering doing business at this particular office, run the other way. Unless, you do not mind your personal and policy details to be breached. A few months ago, two particular individuals who are not on my policies, and in at least two different occasions, (that I am aware of), went in this office and were able to obtain personal information and details about my policies by a lady named Elvira., who, as far as I am aware of, continues to be employed at this office. Both times, it was brought up to Mr. Board's attention. The second time, he seemed annoyed and I felt he blew me off. Needless to say, very unprofessional. If, or when you read this review Mr. Board, do not be talking about this issue can be resolved and to contact your office. You did nothing when it was brought up to your attention and yes, other customers need to know. I will file a written complaint with State Farm."
